Champions Tour event is Feb. 4-10 at Broken Sound

Tickets are now on sale for the Allianz Championship tournament, set to tee off Feb. 4-10, 2008 at The Old Course at Broken Sound, located at 1401 NW 51st Street, (Yamato Road) on Old Course Way in Boca Raton. Bringing the legendary champions of golf to Boca Raton for a celebrated week-long PGA Champions Tour tournament, the Allianz Championship will host a variety of events that will be driving all net proceeds to Boca Raton Community Hospital. Allianz Championship Tournament players will include many legends of the game.

The Golf Channel will televise live all three rounds of the championship from The Old Course at Broken Sound Club.
The purse will be $1.65 million in 2008, escalating $50,000 the following year. Events include a Boca Raton Community Hospital Junior Pro-Am & Pro Skills Challenge on Tuesday, Feb. 5, and the Championship Pro-Am on Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 6 and 7, followed by the televised 54-hole competition Friday through Sunday, Feb. 8-10.

Schedule is as follows:
Monday, Feb. 4 – Professional Practice Rounds
Tuesday, Feb. 5 – Boca Raton Community Hospital Junior Day

The second day of the week-long PGA Champions Tour’s Allianz Championship will feature its Junior Pro-Am that teams up local male and female high school golfers with PGA Champions Tour professionals for a wide variety of opportunities/experiences.

• Noon -- Boca Raton Community Hospital Junior Pro-Am-Local high school golfers and Champions Tour professionals
• 2:30 p.m. -- Boca Raton Community Hospital Pro Skills Challenge on the 18th green-Pros and participants boast their golf skills in attempting difficult shots around the green.

  • Wednesday, Feb. 6 – Allianz Pro Am Championship
    The third day of the Allianz Championship, a PGA Champions Tour event, will feature two Pro Am events, pairing up four amateurs with one professional golfer.
  • 7:15 a.m. – Championship Pro-Am Morning Shotgun Start
  • 12:45 p.m. – Championship Pro-Am Afternoon Shotgun Start
    Thursday, Feb. 7 – Allianz Championship Pro Am
    The fourth day of the Allianz Championship, a PGA Champions Tour event, will feature two Pro Am events, pairing up four amateurs with one professional golfer.
  • 7:15 a.m. – Championship Pro-Am Morning Shotgun Start
  • 12:45 p.m. – Championship Pro-Am Afternoon Shotgun Start

Friday, Feb. 8-10 – Allianz Championship

Tickets are priced as follows:
Good Any Day Passes
Mon-Thursday: $15
Good Any Day, Mon-Sunday: $30
Weekly Grounds: $75

Remy Cointreau VIP Suite Ticket: (one day): $150 (includes open-air VIP tent access with on-course viewing and a complimentary food and beverage service including wine, beer, a full bar and non-alcoholic beverages).

Remy Cointreau VIP Suite Ticket: (weekend) $400 (includes open-air VIP tent access with on-course viewing and a complimentary food and beverage service including wine, beer, a full bar and non-alcoholic drinks).

Executive Skybox: Week Long Pass: $1,000 (includes open-air skybox viewing on the 18th green complete with complimentary food and beverage service wine, beer, a full bar and non-alcoholic drinks).

Ages 15 and under-free with purchased adult ticket
