Mall Loiterer
Boca Raton police arrested a 31-year-old man just before 10 p.m.
Dec. 14 and charged him with loitering and prowling in the parking
lot of the Town Center at Boca Raton mall, police said.
Lost Wallet
A Boca Raton man reported to police Dec. 14 that he had lost his
wallet. He said the loss might have occurred at a restaurant on North
Federal Highway.
Drug Charge
Boca Raton police arrested a man on a drug charge after a traffic
stop on North Military Trail about 1:20 a.m. Dec. 15, police said.
The man was accused of possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana.
Police said the suspect had 3.5 grams of the substance in the glove
compartment of his vehicle.
Theft Reported
The operator of a clothing store on Plaza Real told police Dec. 14
that someone had stolen six items with a value of just over $800,
police said.
Clubs Taken
A Boca Raton man reported to police Dec. 15 that someone stole a
set of golf clubs from the trunk of his car.
Domestic Battery
Boca Raton police arrested a man for allegedly striking his ex-girlfriend
while at the University Commons shopping plaza about 9:40 a.m. Dec.
15. He was taken to the county jail for disposition.
Speakers Stolen
Boca Raton police said an unknown person entered a car parked on
NW 4th Street Dec. 15 and stole two speakers from the back seat. Police
said the vehicle was left unlocked overnight.
Ficus Broken
A resident of Boca Raton told police Dec. 15 that someone broke about
10 feet of ficus bushes that separate his property from that of his
neighbor. The man said he wanted the incident documented and requested
no further police action.
