Boca Chamber schedules events during May

The following activities are scheduled in May, sponsored by the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce:

Thursday, May 8: Membership breakfast will be held at the Marriott Boca Raton at Boca Center, 5150 Town Center Circle, Boca Raton, from 7:45 to 9 a.m. The sponsor will be Flagler Real Estate Services. Speaker will be Yalmaz Siddiqui, director of environmental strategy for Office Depot.  He will be speaking on “Small Steps to a Greener Office.” Tickets are $15 (member - online), $30 (member - at the door), $50 non-member, and must be purchased in advance online at www.bocaratonchamber.com (events calendar).

Wednesday, May 14, Chamber’s West Boca Business Council Meeting will be held at North Broward Preparatory School, Lyons Road, Coconut Creek, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. The speaker will be Rose Gershon-Scheneider, senior vice-president of Group Marketing - Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc., who will discuss identity theft.
