It's "Iraq or Bust" for 88 more goody boxes in a series of 1,109 that have been sent to American troops overseas since April 2007. The Humanitarian Society of Boca Raton is doing the work.
The boxes contain Girl Scout cookies, candies, deodorants, toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable razors, liquid hand cleansers, dry soups, CDs, videos, hand-held games, insect repellent, condiments, personal hygiene items, towels, paperback books and crossword puzzles, among other things.
The value of each box is estimated at $50 (including $8.95 flat rate postage).
Anyone interested in helping the Humanitarians continue this mission until the troops return home can donate supplies, checks and money – and the Humanitarians accept all major credit cards.
