Woolbright Development announced it has signed the following leases in Boca Raton: Weight Watchers has renewed a lease for 1,400 square feet at Glades Plaza; Moe’s Southwest Grill, has renewed its lease for 2,500 square feet at the newly renamed The Commons at Town Center; Game and Puzzle Mania has leased 900 square feet at Del Mar Village; Starbucks has signed a lease for 1,800 square feet on an out parcel at Shops at Boca Grove.

CB Richard Ellis has arranged the sale of J3 Executive Centre, a multi-tenant one-story office building comprising 30,662 square feet located at 1200 N.W. 17th Avenue, Delray Beach. The campus was 60 percent occupied by 12 tenants at the time of the sale. Jackson Browne Real Estate Investments, LLC acquired the property from 1200 POC, LLC for the price of $5,175,000 or $168.78 per square foot. 

STH Architectural Group, Inc is currently designing the new Engineering and Computer Science Classroom Building to be located on the Boca Raton campus of Florida Atlantic University. FAU hopes to be the first university in Florida with a LEED Platinum certified building. The 80,000 square foot building will unify and consolidate the current computer science and engineering The building will also offer department office facilities and offices for the Dean of Engineering and Computer Science.

Raoul “Yogi” Lopez has been named senior vice president for the down comforter and mattress pad division of Boca Raton based Hollander Home Fashions.  He succeeds Amy Webster who has been promoted to run the pillow division.  Lopez has been with Hollander for over 30 years, the last 15 years as senior vice president of manufacturing.  In addition to his manufacturing responsibilities, he spent significant time working in product development, customer relations and distribution. In his new position, Lopez will be responsible for the design of down comforters, down alternative products, blankets, mattress pads, and fiber and feather beds.  His duties will also include product development, sourcing, marketing and sales.

Serving South Florida since February of 1978, the firm has a portfolio of more than 40 million square feet of commercial, office/corporate, medical/health, industrial, retail, hospitality, educational, residential, retail, mixed-use, transportation, communication, warehouse, high-tech and mini-storage facility projects.

Celebrating a fifth year in business DMi Partners, Inc. has announced the addition of ten new team members, including Boca-based Account Executive Brianna Kelly.  The substantial addition was implemented over the last three months in order to maintain the company’s 110 increase in ’07 revenue, said states Patrick McKenna, CEO and co-founder of DMi Partners. The new employees include: Nina Bistocchi, affiliate manager; Matthew Bulfair, junior web designer; Catherine Duffy, account executive; Daniel Gemp, business development; Kirsten Jahn, junior web designer; Gregory Kornblum, senior software developer; Matthew Morano, business development; Michael Sonsino, senior software developer; and Jenny Sweeney, copywriter.
