NOTICE OF QUASI-JUDICIAL
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
City Council of the City of Boca Raton,
Florida will hold a quasi-judicial public
hearing at the Regular Meeting on
Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at 6:00
p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider adoption of the following proposed resolution. A presentation by staff may be made at the
City Council Workshop Meeting on
Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 1:30 p.m.,
or as soon thereafter as possible. At
the Workshop Meeting, Council may
make inquiries; no Council discussion
will take place, nor will public comment be taken.
Both meetings will be held in the
Council Chamber at Boca Raton City
Hall, 201 West Palmetto Park Road,
Boca Raton, Florida. The resolution in
its entirety may be inspected at the Office of the City Clerk during regular
business hours. All interested parties
are invited to attend these meetings
and be heard, at the quasi-judicial
public hearing on Wednesday, May
28, 2008, with respect to the resolution.

A resolution of the City of Boca Raton
considering a request to amend and
restate the existing conditional use
approval for Pine Crest School on a
parcel of land located at 2700 St. Andrews Boulevard; providing for severability; providing for repealer
(including the repeal of Resolution
Nos. 174-94, 212-98, 153-99 and 66-2003); providing an effective date
(CA-07-17)

appeal is to be based. (The above
NOTICE is required by State Law. If
you desire a verbatim transcript, you
shall have the responsibility, at your
own cost, to arrange for the transcript.)
In accordance with the Americans with
